Charitable initiative — HG Broker

Charitable Initiative

Commerce that gives back.

HG Broker believes that the most powerful transactions are the ones that serve a purpose beyond the closing table. Our charitable brokerage program connects commerce with community — reducing fees, facilitating donations, and putting the deal to work for something greater.

The mission

A deal done right leaves everyone better than it found them.

That conviction is not just a philosophy — it is a program. HG Broker dedicates a portion of every engagement to charitable work: reduced fees for qualifying nonprofits, pro bono facilitation for mission-aligned transactions, and direct participation in property and business donations across California.

We believe that brokerage, done with intention, can be a force for good. Real estate and business transactions move enormous value through communities. When that value is directed with purpose — toward housing, education, conservation, or community development — the impact compounds far beyond the closing table.

California's communities have given us the market we work in. Our charitable initiative is how we give back.

California landscape — conservation and community

How we give back

Three ways HG Broker puts commerce to work.

01

Reduced & waived fees

Qualifying nonprofits, foundations, and mission-driven organizations receive significantly reduced brokerage fees — or no fees at all. If your cause qualifies, we work for you at cost or below. Submit a Charitable Transaction agreement through our contract portal to begin the qualification process.

02

Property & business donations

We facilitate the transfer of real estate and business assets to charitable organizations — handling the full brokerage process from valuation through conveyance. Whether it is a donated building, a bargain sale, or a conservation easement, we structure the transaction to maximize the charitable benefit.

03

Mission-aligned transactions

Some deals are worth doing because of what they make possible — not just what they close. We actively seek out transactions that serve housing access, land conservation, community development, and educational infrastructure across California. If your transaction has a mission, we want to hear about it.

The impact

What charitable brokerage looks like in practice.

100%

Fee waiver for qualifying causes

Nonprofits and foundations with qualifying missions pay nothing. We absorb the cost.

California

Our home and our commitment

Every charitable transaction we facilitate stays rooted in the communities that make this market worth working in.

Every deal

A portion goes back

A percentage of every standard brokerage fee is directed toward our charitable fund — regardless of transaction type.

"We built this program because we believe brokerage can be more than a transaction. It can be a transfer of possibility."
